These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Flatbed UV website operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd. By visiting the site or sending an enquiry, you agree to the terms below and to use the site responsibly.

We may change product descriptions, workflow guidance, service details and support procedures without notice. This includes updates linked to site preparation, operator training, colour guidance, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, remote support, ink handling help, media testing, spares coordination and production consulting.

Your responsibilities when using the site

Where you request advice on rigid boards, signage, inks or media, you should provide enough detail for a practical response. That includes the intended application, substrate type, indoor or outdoor use, and any constraints linked to load-shedding, dust, moisture, municipal rules or coastal humidity. Missing detail can lead to delays or incomplete guidance.
